Trappers Turn Golf Club, is a Public, 27 hole golf facility located in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin. The facility has three 9-hole golf courses. They are The Lake-9, The Canyon-9, and The Arbor-9. These 9-hole course can be paired to make 3 different 18-hole golf courses.
Trappers Turn Golf Club first opened for play in 1991 with the opening of The Lake-9. The Canyon-9 opened in 1999 followed by the opening of the Arbor-9 in 2000. The courses were designed by Andy North, Roger Packard.
Trappers Turn Golf Club combines the challenges of a championship design with a playability that golfers of all levels can enjoy. Comprised of three nines--Lake, Canyon and Arbor--Trappers Turn offers golfers varied terrain. A canyon was formed when melting glacial waters cut through the native sandstone leaving a natural route that today encompasses some of the most panoramic golf holes at Trappers Turn. Above the canyons, gentle rolling fairways flow into a sea of moguls, giving the course a Scottish flair. Other holes along the ridge have fairways that weave through dense hardwood forests of oak and birch.
The Trappers Turn Golf Club golf course's were acquired by Kalahari Resort, and a state-of-the-art clubhouse was opened in 2008, along with the Kalahari Golf Academy. The practice facilities are excellent.
Trappers Turn Golf Club's three nines - the Canyon course, Lake course, and Arbor course - can be played in any combination, but whichever you choose, yardages will be just under 7,000 from the tips and around 6,500 from the blues.

The staff are very accommodating and the experience was very enjoyable. The course is in excellent condition and the pace of play is excellent. We played the Canyon and Arbor nines and found them challenging but playable.

we received the Kalahari discount, so the price was a little better than the rack rate. the course was in perfect playing conditions. the staff was pleasant. nice clubhouse/restaurant/bar. great views from the course, a fun place to play. we will play again when in the area with the discount. a little pricey otherwise.
